The Connect Bed embraces the idea of ​​traditional craftsmanship methods and combines them with computer-aided, modern, high-tech tools and processes that are now commonplace in contemporary design to create a minimalist, industrial look. The result is a razor-sharp design of the utmost precision, consisting of just four elements: two side pieces and two end pieces that slot together and are secured with eight screws. Recessed into the simple frame, the screws themselves become an interesting detail, while the joints reveal echoes of classic joinery.
