GERMANY:
Delivery within Germany: €5.90 flat rate shipping fee (including 19% VAT) per order.
EU
Delivery within the European Union: €15.50 flat rate shipping fee (including 19% VAT) per order.
Delivery of paints and varnishes within the European Union: €15.50 flat rate shipping fee (including 19% VAT) per order.
FREE SHIPPING
For orders over €120.00, we offer free shipping within Germany. Wall paint is never free of shipping costs.
We ship our products as insured, trackable parcels via GLS. The tracking number will be sent to you via email.
If you only ordered postcards or color samples, we will ship them in an envelope as a parcel (faster delivery and tracking) via Deutsche Post. You will typically receive your order within 3–5 business days after receipt of payment.

WALL PAINT
Our paints and varnishes are shipped directly from the manufacturer Kolorat. You will receive these in a separate package. Both the shipping provider and the delivery time may vary in this case and are determined by the manufacturer.
MOEBE
Larger MOEBE products are shipped directly from Denmark. This may result in extended delivery times. If shipping via a freight forwarder is necessary, this will only be done curbside.
