Delivery within Germany: 4.90 € shipping fee (including 19% VAT) per order.
Delivery of postcards only: 2.90 € flat rate shipping fee (including 19% VAT) per order.
Delivery within the European Union: 14.50 € flat rate shipping fee (including 19% VAT) per order.
Delivery of postcards only: 5.00 € flat rate shipping fee (including 19% VAT) per order.
Delivery of paints and varnishes within Germany: 6.50 € flat rate shipping fee (including 19% VAT) per order.
Delivery of paints and varnishes within the European Union: 14.50 € flat rate shipping fee (including 19% VAT) per order.

For orders worth over €120.00, shipping is free within Germany. Delivery of wall paint is never free of shipping costs.

We ship our products as insured packages with tracking via DHL.
The tracking number will be sent to you by email.

If you have only ordered postcards or color samples, we will send them in an envelope as a consignment (faster delivery and shipment tracking) with Deutsche Post.
You will usually receive your order within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment.
Please note any different delivery times within the item description.
No deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.

Our paints and varnishes are shipped directly from the manufacturer. You will receive these in a separate package. In this case, both the shipping service provider and the delivery time may vary and are determined by the manufacturer.

Larger products from MOEBE are shipped directly from Denmark. This can extend the delivery time even further. If shipping by freight forwarder is necessary, this will only be done to the curb.
