GERMANY:
Delivery within Germany: €5.90 flat shipping fee (incl. 19% VAT) per order.
EU
Delivery within the European Union: €15.50 flat shipping fee (incl. 19% VAT) per order.
Delivery of paints and varnishes within the European Union: €15.50 flat shipping fee (incl. 19% VAT) per order.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €85. Wall paints are never shipped free of charge.
SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDERS
We ship our products as insured parcels with tracking via DPD. The tracking number will be sent to you by email. We reserve the right to change the shipping provider if necessary due to the nature and size of your order (bulky goods or items requiring freight forwarding).
Shipping via DHL is possible for an additional fee.
If you have only ordered postcards or color samples, we will send them in an envelope as a parcel (faster delivery and tracking) via Deutsche Post. You will usually receive your order within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
DELIVERY TIME
Items in stock typically leave our warehouse within 2 business days of ordering. During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday or before Christmas), delivery times may be longer.
Special order items are marked as such on the product page. These may have longer delivery times.
We usually ship your order as soon as all items are ready for dispatch. If you would like partial delivery, please select priority shipping at checkout.
WALL PAINT
Our paints and varnishes are shipped directly from the manufacturer, Kolorat. You will receive them in a separate package. Both the shipping provider and the delivery time may vary in this case and are determined by the manufacturer.
FURNITURE
Larger MOEBE products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This may further extend the delivery time. If shipping via freight carrier is necessary, delivery will only be made to the curb.
ELVANG
Products from the company Elvang are usually shipped directly from the manufacturer via UPS.
