Wall shelf | Shelf Library | Stainless Steel| 108.4
Wall-mounted shelving systems originated in the early 1930s, when they were popularized by Scandinavian carpenters. In the following years, numerous architects and designers took up this idea and developed their own designs, which later became integral parts of the Mid-Century Modern movement.
The Shelf Library System by Kim Richardt, designed for FRAMA and first presented in 2016, interprets this tradition in a contemporary way and with an independent design language. It is a boundlessly modular system that flexibly adapts to any room environment.
