Chair | AAC 223

The AAC 223 combines the natural elegance of a four-legged base with the soft, inviting shell of the About-A-Chair series. The slightly elevated backrest and deep seat offer high comfort, while the low armrests allow you to slide the chair under the table to save space. Various upholstery options and base colours make it flexible for dining rooms, offices, or meeting rooms.

Hee Welling is a Danish designer who founded his own studio in Copenhagen in 2003. He studied at the University of Art and Design in Helsinki and earned his Master's degree from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. His designs are characterized by precise proportions and quiet elegance, and have been recognized with awards such as the Bo Bedre Award and the Good Design Award. For HAY, he designed the About-A-Chair series and the Hee collection.
