The Tired Man, also known as “Den trætte mand”, was presented at the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Guild Furniture Exhibition in 1936 and has since been considered an icon of Danish design. As the epitome of craftsmanship and exceptional comfort, Flemming Lassen designed the strikingly curved lounge chair with the aspiration that it should "feel as warm and secure as a polar bear cub in its mother's arms."

Since its re-release in 2015, the award-winning design has been available with a selection of high-quality upholstery fabrics – including sheepskin as a homage to the original. The legs are optionally available in natural oak or dark oiled oak and are complemented by front brass castors that allow the armchair to be moved easily. The matching footstool provides additional comfort.

The Tired Man Lounge Chair is upholstered with Oeko-Tex® certified sheepskin from Skandilock. The sheepskin is Oeko-Tex® certified by Skandilock (certificate number: SE 23-317).
