AAC 53 is the swivel version of the About-A-Chair series, combining the clear, upholstered shell with an elegant five-star base on castors. A gas lift allows for stepless adjustment of the seat height from 42 to 56 cm. The swivel base gives you flexible movement, and you can choose from numerous upholstery colours and base variants. This allows the chair to effortlessly adapt to your home office or workplace and, with its balanced proportions, appears modern and inviting in any environment.

Hee Welling (b. 1974) studied at the University of Art and Design Helsinki and the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. In 2003, he founded his own studio in Copenhagen. He became known for chair series such as About A Chair and Soft Edge, which impress with clear proportions, technical finesse, and international simplicity.
