A modular shelving system for individual spaces
The FRAMA Shelf Library combines the clear aesthetics of a Scandinavian shelving system with a flexibly designable construction. Designed by Kim Richardt, the system is based on vertical rails to which shelves and other elements are attached. Height, width, and arrangement can thus be adapted to different rooms and requirements.
The Shelf Library can start as a compact wall shelf and later be expanded into a complete wall unit. This makes the system suitable for smaller apartments as well as spacious living and working areas. The open design appears light and provides a clear framework for books, ceramics, art, and personal items.
Planning and expanding the FRAMA Shelf Library
The modular design allows for numerous configurations. Individual sections can be arranged next to each other and supplemented with additional shelves or other functional elements. Depending on the desired use, the Shelf Library can be planned as a bookshelf, workspace, wardrobe, or open storage solution.
When assembling, the available wall space, the desired shelf height, and the required storage space play a particularly important role. The depth and position of the shelves can also be chosen to suit books, folders, dishes, or decorative objects. If the system is to grow later, this can already be taken into account during the initial planning.
Shelf wall for living room, home office, and kitchen
In the living room, the FRAMA Shelf Library can form a complete library wall or serve as a discreet shelf for selected objects. In the home office, the system can be combined with a work surface, creating space for documents, books, and work materials.
The Shelf Library also offers versatile uses in the kitchen, dining area, or hallway. Open shelves keep frequently used items within reach, while supplementary elements can create additional storage space. Thanks to its minimalist construction, the Shelf Library blends into different interior styles without visually overloading the room.
Materials with a clear architectural effect
The FRAMA Shelf Library is available in different material and color finishes. Stainless steel and lacquered steel emphasize the precise, architectural character of the system. Oak variants bring a warmer and more natural effect into the room.
The combination of a few constructive elements and high-quality materials makes the Shelf Library a durable shelving system that can be adapted to changing rooms and needs.
